Terms & Conditions
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on cutright.in, including orders converted from a quote. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email after successful payment, or after we confirm a Cash on Delivery order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error is found, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount paid in full.
Bulk and custom orders are accepted when you approve our written quote, which states the specifications, quantities, price, and lead time.
2. Cancellations
- Standard-size orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
- Custom-size and custom-material orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Pricing and GST
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Product prices are displayed inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and every order receives a GST-compliant tax invoice. If you are a registered business, add your GSTIN at checkout or on your quote request so it appears on the invoice.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Volume pricing applies only to the quantities and specifications in an accepted quote.
4. Payment
We accept payment through Razorpay (cards, UPI, and net banking) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. We never ask for card details or passwords by email, phone, or chat.
5. Warranty
Any warranty that applies to a product is stated on its product page or on your invoice, and covers manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.
Warranty does not cover normal wear such as knife scoring, discolouration from food contact, damage from misuse, exposure to heat sources beyond commercial dishwashing, or boards that are no longer sanitary because they have been used past the point of replacement.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of business, profit, or revenue, arising from the use of or inability to use our products, except where the law does not allow such limits.
Colour-coded boards support a food-safety system but do not replace your kitchen’s own HACCP plan, cleaning procedures, and staff training.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of CutRight’s registered office.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
