1. What data we collect

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed directly by our payment gateway.

• Checkout and accounts: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, GSTIN (if provided), order history, and account login details.
• Quote and contact forms: your name, business name and type, contact details, delivery locations, product requirements, and any notes you share.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical data: cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and keep the site secure.

2. How we use it

• To process, deliver, and track your orders, and to issue GST tax invoices.
• To prepare quotes and respond to enquiries about sizing, bulk orders, and delivery.
• To send order, shipping, and account emails.
• To send product updates, only if you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Third-party processors

We share only the data each provider needs to perform its service for us:

• Payment gateway (Razorpay) — to process online payments.
• Courier and delivery partners — your name, phone, and delivery address, to deliver your order.
• Email delivery provider — to send order, quote, and account emails.
• Hosting and database providers — to run the website and store order records securely.

4. How long we keep data

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data, such as quote requests and newsletter subscriptions, is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data — you can update most details from your account.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law (such as GST invoices).
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time.
• Raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
